Akinwale Akinlawon & Co. (AAC) is a firm of legal practitioners dedicated to delivering edge-cutting legal services to her clients while observing international best practices.
The firm has its head office at the heart of Nigeria’s federal capital territory Abuja from where it coordinates its activities across various states in Nigeria, Africa and other nations of the world.

The Team
Akinwale Akinlawon
Akinwale Akinlawon L.P. is our Managing Partner and leads the AAC’s team. He graduated with honours from the prestigious Faculty of Law, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria.
Akinwale, a multi-disciplinary solicitor and advocate who in his almost two decades of active Legal practice has been involved in several transactions and litigation matters with outstanding successes. Akinwale has distinguished himself in the area of transactional corporate practices leading some clients’ international transactions in Africa and Middle East.
Akinwale Akinlawon, a Notary Public of Nigeria, mediator, arbitrator, writer, public analyst and a public speaker is a member of NBA , IBA among others
Wilson Efosa
Wilson Ehidiamhen Efosa graduated from Benson Idahosa University, Benin City, Edo State (2008) and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2010.
He has been in active legal practice since he was called to bar with experience in litigation, Corporate practice, Constitutional law, legal drafting and property law amongst others with outstanding successes.
Temitayo Olowookere
Temitayo Olowookere, is a lawyer with vast knowledge in civil Litigation and Sports law. Olowookere took on considerable Litigation work from the early days of his legal practice, where he represented the Hon. Attorney general of the federal in civil suits throughout the federation.
In furtherance of his career, he obtained a master’s degree in Sports Law from Nottingham Trent University in 2018, and has since represented the interest of athletes by providing legal advice and representative services in respect of a number of issues including employment disputes, doping control issues, image rights and branding, as well as Esports.
He is especially vested in the prospect of third party ownership in improving financial sustainability, contractual stability in Nigerian professional football, and has written extensively on the subject. He is a certified athlete manager with Sports management world-wide.
